There is no formal policy statement for this topic however procedures and other information are provided below.

Reason for Policy 

The following guidelines are intended to give direction on the Environmental Safety Division support to selected sites outside of the Athens main campus area.

Procedures

The Support and Outreach to the Outlying Facilities group is in place to provide environmental, health, safety and regulatory support to the following site locations:Griffin, Tifton, Tifton Vet Diagnostic Lab, Skidaway, Sapelo,Brunswick, and Blairsville, in additional to various farm locations as necessary or requested.

Forms/Instructions

There is no formal instruction or forms to receive support from ESD. Knowledge through annual training and the ESD website provide direction for contacts to receive support. Contact is generally made directly to the manager responsible for theSupport and Outreach to the Outlying Facilities program.
