Vending services are provided by contract established by Auxiliary Services. Auxiliary Services derives its authority to award this contract based on the University System of Georgia’s Board of Regents policy 7.2.2.

- How are vendors chosen? Vending contracts are bid and awarded according to all relevant state laws. How are vending prices set? Prices are determined by the Auxiliary Services Vending Manager after considering vendor contract prices, competitive market rates, and cost recovery considerations. Prices are constrained by the contract with the vendor.

- How are vending machine locations determined? Vending machines are sited according to foot traffic (measured by building occupancy), or by convenience based on proximity to other vending locations. Final decision on placing machines rests with the Vending and Solicitation Manager.
