University Dining Services is a self-supporting operating unit of Auxiliary Services. Dining Services’ mission is to partner with the UGA community to promote a thriving learning environment through exceptional Dining Services. As with all units of Auxiliary Services, Dining Services derives its authority to operate from University System of Georgia’s Board of Regents policy 7.2.2.
Dining Services receives no state or federal funding for its operations, and participation is entirely voluntary. Dining service fees are set by the department and must be approved by the Office of the President of the University of Georgia.
