Policy Statement

Bulldog Bucks is a unit of Auxiliary Services, providing a secure, widely accepted payment method on campus only. Any UGA student, faculty or staff may open a Bulldog Bucks account, which may then be used like a debit card in locations that participate in the Bulldog Bucks program. Like all units of Auxiliary Services, Bulldog Bucks derives its authority to operate from University System of Georgia’s Board of Regents policy 7.2.2.

Bulldog Bucks receives no state or federal funding for its operations. Bulldog Bucks money handling operations comply with all state and federal laws, and with industry standards such as PCI compliance.

Record Retention

The Finance and Administration Auxiliary Services Division complies with the University of Georgia Business and Finance Records Retention Schedule in accordance with the guidelines adopted by the USG Board of Regents Records Retention Practices.

  • What merchants accept Bulldog Bucks? The list of merchants who accept Bulldog Bucks is limited to on-campus use only for purchases in all Dining Services locations, on-campus Jittery Joe’s outlets, and Vending Services locations (includes vending machines and Campus Market Express locations).
