Whenever uniforms are required by a department as a condition for the proper performance
of official duties, such uniforms will be provided by the University and the cost
will be charged to the departmental account. Each department requiring uniforms will
draft procedures covering the issue, laundering, and replacement of uniforms, and
will submit them to Human Resources for approval.
